Face Fabulous bringing Confidence to Clarksville

Working in patient wound care for part of her nursing career prepared Face Fabulous Medical Spa owner Mandi Zielinkski for the next chapter in her professional life.

She had worked hard at bettering herself and routinely lifted those around her without seeking credit. But when burnout hit, she knew what she wanted to do. She had a dream to start her own business. So, she knuckled under and worked harder than ever before to turn her vision into a reality, and she converted a career in wound care into one of helping people feel good about themselves.

Not surprisingly, Face Fabulous Medical Spa has been a resounding success in its two locations (a third opening soon) because of the hard work Mandi puts into them every day. Part of that success, though, is in how she and her staff treat their patients. They are neighbors not just chart numbers to the Face Fabulous team. Each patient is treated with respect and like they are a family member.

Mandi believes the spa empowers its patients by helping them meet their cosmetic goals and boost their self-confidence. She is adamant that they feel comfortable when they’re in the office as well as when they leave it.

Face Fabulous prides itself on not being an “uppity” medical office, but rather a “warm and fun” spa. There is no canned elevator music at Face Fabulous; most days the background beat is ‘80s rock-n-roll. It is a clean and comfortable place, definitely “laid back” and “upbeat,” which is the way Mandi wants it.

Tony Goble, a 30+-year retired Army officer is the spa’s chief of operations, head of marketing, and clinical coordinator. His 26-year Green Beret background serves the spa well since he keeps its operations running smoothly and easily wins over the hearts of patients.

Brittany Neighbors, RN, is an Army wife with an Intensive Care Unit background. She recently joined the staff and is being groomed to take over most services at Face Fabulous while Mandi works opening her third location. Mandi is the lead injector, and Brittany will assume a portion of her duties in her absence.

Some of the services offered at Face Fabulous Medical Spa include Sculptra, Dermal Fillers, Dysport and Nefertiti Neck Lifts, Microneedling (with or without stem-cell therapy), IV Therapy (popular with athletes – both men and women) and other procedures such as nonsurgical face lifts and nonsurgical rhinoplasty. These services can help individuals struggling with facial wrinkles, crow’s feet, stubborn frown lines, chin wrinkles and folds, acne scars, sun or aging spots, uneven skin tone or pigmentation, and large pores. The spa can also perform chemical peels and offer treatments for hair loss.

One unique aspect of Face Fabulous is that it is the exclusive Galderma provider in the area. Mandi has worked with other companies and their products over the years, but she has found the Dysport and Restylane family of fillers and Sculptra to be the best on the market. Face Fabulous uses these products because it knows they will increase patient satisfaction.

Ms. Zielinkski has made many personal sacrifices to fulfill her dream, and she is teaching her family that sacrifices are necessary, but worth it, to build a successful business. Mandi constantly keeps up with changing procedures and updates her experience in medical aesthetics. She believes in broadening her knowledge and experience at every opportunity.

She also uses her success to show her family and work family that being honest and ethical pays big dividends. With Clarksville being her latest location, she still oversees operations at her first Face Fabulous Medical Spa in Leavenworth, Kansas. She first began offering cosmetic injections in 2012 and has built on her skills for the past nine years.
